I just started weight watchers and was curious the percentage of people on it, as well as other programs. I chose weight watchers because you don't have to limit yourself on what you can and can't eat, as long as you keep track of the points you're allowed each day.

I have made up my own: Eat whatever you want and still lose weight diet! I take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before a meal and before bed. I take 2 or 3 bites of food and I am full. So I still get to eat what I want. ACV has 93 vitamins and minerals. Hair and nails look great for a 50 year old woman. ACV melts fat and deposits that cause arthritis. Aids digestion. Cures acne even in adults. Great for house plants and animals too!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Here is a place that reviews a bunch of weight loss programs, dieting aides, supplements and so on. The site even has categories like diabetes, low fat and hypnosis. Pretty cool site.

Many of the programs listed have consumer reviews, so you can read what others think of the different programs.

im not on a weight loss program...because i believe that if you believe in yourself and try and remain active you can do it without paying someone to tell you what to do or a point system

Go for protein as opposed to sugar to keep energy levels going strong rather than crashing. Edamame in pods would be the perfect snack since it takes time to eat and a one-cup serving offers 12 grams of necessary protein.

Im doing weight watchers too. It seemed like the best plan.. you get to have anything you want as long as you dont go over your daily points. I also liked that you get an extra 35 per week..just in case.
