why the face got pimples?and what causes of that pimples?what should i do?

Clogged pores is a major cause, try using a deep skin cleaner like clearasil. Other than that squeeze 'em and then clean them with Hydrogen peroxide. I do and they healed right up with no scarring or any other visible sign.
