Its allergy season again. My 4 year old and I had a sinus infection that turned into bronchitis.I have found relief from the stuffiness by running a cool mist humidifier at night. Sometimes when its dry in the house that can really affect your sinuses .Try to avoid dairy products.Milk causes extra yeast that actually swells the membranes. All else fails drink water.Water thins out the secretions.

Get a second opinion by an ENT and make sure they do a cat scan of your sinuses. I had the same problem and daily headaches for 6 yrs and turned out I had bacteria in my sinuses. Had surgery 6 months ago and no headaches since.

I'd get a second opinion. The one time that happened to me, it was a sinus infection. I ended up going to the emergency room cause it looked like someone punched me and my eyes looked like it too with dark circles. Anxiety can lower your resistance I'm sure too. Sounds like you need an antibiotic.

I too suffer from sinustitis and chronic headaches which is normally triggered by allergies. I use a chinese herbalist and acuptuncturist and its amazing. I very rarely have outbreaks.
