My girlfriend says she hurts when I first put it in almost every time, I've even had a girl shed a tier once. Is it an issue of spearm count or what?

No, it's not a issue of sperm. It's more the issue of that she isn't lubricated enough. Try a little more foreplay before sex, and if that doesn't help, visit your local friendly toy store and purchase some lubricant's. I personally recommend slippery kitty, but there are man others. If you are unsure which one would work for you, they have some sample packets available (about $1 buck each) and you can test which ones you like. That way your not stuck with a big bottle of something that you'll never use. Water based ones are the best, but there are others too. Even walmart, kmart, walgreens... anything like that have lubes available for purchase. Try the warming ones :)

Well, first of all, you probably do have a normal amount of pre-ejaculatory fluid. You should be using lubricant though so that you aren't hurting your partners! Even with normal amounts of pre-ejaculatory fluids, it is usually not enough to lubricate the areas well enough. Too much friction can be extremely painful. So instead, buy some lubricant, preferably, a water-based lubricant that won't wear away the latex condom, which you should definitely be wearing. Your sperm count would also have nothing to do with this, as sperm is only a very small component of semen [ejaculatory fluid]. Unless you want to be getting these girls pregnant, you should realize that you probably have a normal amount of pre-ejaculatory fluid which also contains sperm, which as you should know, or have known way before sex ever entered your mind, can also get a girl pregnant.
