"estas mas perdida que una cabra" literally means "you're even more lost than a goat".
she may mean that you're disoriented or you dont understand something or you didn't get something you were going to learn.
they make a comparision of a ''goat'' because.. you know, farm animals like goats and sheeps get lost easily cuz they're prone to be stolen or not obeeying their owners and they go anywhere they want hehe.
