Cant get it out of my head. I guess only when youre really confident are you able to say with one hundred percent surety that a star danced when you're born.
Yet, none of us is that special, that a star would dance when you're born. So if a star dances at all, it dances when everyone is born, but the moment you discover you're special, you see your special star dancing and it completely makes you feel really great. It describes that moment when you feel great about being you.

The way I interpret this quote is that we shouldn't be so quick to judge something that looks pointless on the surface because you never know what insights it may contain. Another interpretation is that no matter how much someone may screw up he'll still have his good moments, even if they may be few and far between.
