We mainly know on faith God's form and substance. Logic suggests that the Ultimate Supreme Origin of All can not be void or impersonal. We may have trouble with logically accepting the existence of a Supreme Being. But, somehow or other there must be a Supreme Being, a Supreme Intelligence.

God's form would have to be eternal in nature.

God is described as a force of nature, God is also seen as the same thing as nature. A lot of people personify him as some kind of being, others describe him as a force that is everything and controls everything. I think the God = Nature idea makes more sense than the God = Supreme Being idea, but I don't believe in God anymore, so it doesn't matter to me. Nobody knows though.

This account was given by the Prophet Joseph Smith;

2 We saw the Lord standing upon the breastwork of the pulpit, before us; and under his feet was a paved work of pure gold, in color like amber.
3 His eyes were as a flame of fire; the hair of his head was white like the pure snow; his countenance shone above the brightness of the sun; and his voice was as the sound of the rushing of great waters, even the voice of Jehovah, saying:
4 I am the first and the last; I am he who liveth, I am he who was slain; I am your advocate with the Father.

I don't believe we know for certain, but the Bible does say we were made in the image of God.
