How much in US$ does it cost for the owner of a LearJet per flight (eg. LAX to NY) ?

Not just seat costs, If I owned a jet - how much for things like Gas, maintenance, pilots etc?

It's about 5.5 hours of flight time and may require a fuel stop on certain days which will increase flight time.
