i was wondering if there was any kind of supplement milk we can give the puppy to make sure it is getting enough to eat

Congratulations!, The best food they can get is from the mom. Make sure she is well feed and has plenty of fresh water. Since the smallest is probably just a day or so younger then the others it will be fine if you from time to time help it get its spot in line. I am sure it will catch up in size sooner then you can believe. If you are still concerned check with your local vet. They should have a supplement to sell you.

dont worry, most litters have a small one, this is called the runt. You dont have to give it supplement milk, just make sure the other puppies dont hog the mothers milk.

They sell replacement milk for puppies in the pet aisle of most stores. I don't know if maybe one from a vet would be better. Is the mom not letting the small one nurse? It is better for it to have moms milk.

Although there is nothing better and more nutritional than 'mum's' milk, you can always give Sherley's Lactol once puppy is fully weaned. Lactol isn't always easy to obtain but your local petstore should stock it. You can also mix a baby rusk into Lactol or some plain cereal.

you should be able to get a good formula from the vet or pet shop with bottles and they will also give u good tips on feeding them
