How can I record my voice to a blank CD and send it to the grandchild so she can hear my voice as though she is listening to it like when she put in one of her movies on her DVD player. What do I need>> I'm not very computer literate but I can follow directions very well..Is this possible? Pls HELP..

if u have an mp3 player use tat to record ur voice or wat ever u want and upload it to ur computer and burn it to an cd my friend used his mp3 to record himself singing and then he did tat now i have a cd of him singing lol

go to a Staples or Fry's Electronics or Circuit City...
get a digital voice recorder.
record your voice.
buy a blank cd or dvd and insert it into the C-disc rom.
it will have options...
take the recording which you can save to your desktop and drag it (click on it and hold and pull over to the disc symbol under "my computer-blank disc(or something along those lines) and it will transfer your file there...it might require you to do more...check the left hand side of the options panel where the disc is and see if it has "files waiting to be burnt"...
then burn...

download your voice onto it
and in the options thing you can burn it to a cd
