Huskies are naturally clean dogs. They should be bathed 1-2 times per year, unless they have got into something smelly or dirty. Make sure you use a mild soap, and brush the dog out good. If you feel the need to wash your dog, then do so, but do not over do it. 1-2 times per year is sufficient.

Any time after 8 weeks is fine. Make sure you use a proper doggy shampoo and that you dry her VERY well before she goes outside. Ideally you should take her and tire her out right before her bath and that way she will be less likely to need to potty anytime soon after. Dry her with a warm towel and then blow her dry. Then wrap her in another towel and keep her warm for about an hour. Same way when she's an adult. Dogs can get chilled easily especially as puppies so don't get careless.

in a warm shower like while your taking a shower. and use dog shampoo or baby's one. sometimes you can use mild dish soap if you don't have those items. make sure you give him a towel, dry him off immediately because if you don't, his instincts are to shake it off everywhere! once he is only just damp, let him roll around in the towel. He likes it a lot. Let him sleep indoors if you have showered him at night. give him a dry towel or blankie to sleep in. if he was showered in the day, let him sun outside, but keep him inside until dry if it is cold. By the way, i LOVE Siberian huskies!!

as a siberian husky owner, i would advise you to wash her early in the day, they take a long time to dry, like 6 hours.

Do not bathe husky dogs. brush, comb, wipe with dry towels, but do not use water. These animals have a type of fur that doesn't dry easily, and by nature, they fear water. If they get wet in their natural habitat, they can get too cold and freeze. don't get your dog wet, as he/she may lose a fear of water, and be in a dangerous situation because of it. Grew up with these dogs and know what I am talking about. They are beautiful, highly intelligent animals and you are fortunate to have one. Best wishes

yes, puppies need to be cleaned. they don't clean themselves. just make sure to buy gentle, doggy shamppo that won't irritate their skin or eyes.

whenever you think he needs it. if he's very tiny and you think he might drown in a sink or small tub, then you could just wash him with a washcloth.
