Hang around him and wait untill he starts the converastion if he donsent resonud play around with him by saying things like i herd from someone that you have a crush on me he blushes he likes you he donst start the converastion then give him more time but hang around him more P.S. love your avatar you look cute

So what's your real question here?
Do you want to know if this guy likes you? He might... he might not. Why don't you ask him? There's a conversation topic for you. Don't expect him to tell you he does though unless you're willing to tell him you like him first - because you'd be threatening to hurt him otherwise.
Do you want to date this guy? Well, why not ask him out? What's wrong with a girl asking a guy out? I'll tell you - NOTHING. Boys don't get asked out by girls near enough. We don't know how to deal with the concept of having anyone like us. You think you have self-esteem issues? HA!!! So give him a little kindness, and see how he deals with it.
Do you just want to talk to the guy? If that's all, then find out some of the things he likes, by asking him - sports, hobbies, TV, movies, that sort of thing. Let him talk about himself. At the same time, all these people who say "Oh dear God don't talk about yourself or you'll bore him" are DEAD WRONG. If he likes you, he'll want to know more about you too, and you should be ready to open up to him. For the love of God, keep the conversation MUTUAL, not one-sided, and have fun. That's really the point of having such a conversation anyway, isn't it?
