We all die, what is next? How sure you about it?

Hi Nina. When we die there is a separation of the soul from the body. For the person who has been saved, at the moment of their salvation they received a new resurrected soul. This soul (upon the death of their body) goes into Heaven to be with Jesus Christ. Then, on the last day, these souls along with Jesus will return and receive their resurrected bodies.

For those who are not saved (upon the death of their body), their soul also leaves but instead of going into Heaven it goes to a place of silence. There it remains in darkness and silence until the last day when Jesus returns and then all of the unsaved will be judged and cast into Hell.

God tells us in the Bible we all will stand for judgment. In Romans 14:9-10 we read:

"For to this end Christ died and rose and lived again, that He might be Lord of both the dead and the living. 10 But why do you judge your brother? Or why do you show contempt for your brother? For we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ."

this is what i think, i am a Christian and this is my interpritation on death! I think that we die, and no matter if ur a Christian or not, u go to a "resting place" i guess u could call it. after that, i think u rest there until Jesus returns and the dead walk the earth again. Then, we are all judged according to what we did and whether or not we accepted Him. Then u are either throne into a pit of sulfer or u go to Heaven. Many Christians have different takes on what happens after death, but this is just my opinion on what i've read in the bible and how i had taken it! to me, it doesn't matter what happens after death as long as u have faith in the Lord our God and have accepted Him as ur savior! :]]

I believe that my flesh would stay on the earth but my spirit would be lifted up by angels and I would stay in heaven with Him, and have a eternal life with Him. Praising and worshipping Him everyday.

How sure am I in my belief? Erm, i'm very sure about it!!

God Bless,
With Love

its hard to tell what will happen, but think of it this way, nobody every comes back so it must be pretty great.

just lead the best life you can, think about your descions and try and help people, thats all we can do, worrying about something that isnt even upon you yet is just a waste of time.

The bible says, "it is given to man once to die, then the judgment". When we die, we face God. We either continue on to live with Him eternally or to live without Him eternally.

For the record, all are judged, and all are guilty. Jesus Christ came to earth to pay the penalty for our guilt. Those of us who accept His gift of payment, continue on to live with Him in heaven. Living with Him IS heaven. Those who have rejected Him continue on to live apart from Him in hell. Living apart from Him IS hell.
