Why would it become or be a factor. When a deceased person kicks the bucket the Coroner is called and prounces him or her dead and thats it.

If the family has no insurace...they cremate, I'm sure they can come up with $300.00

It's alot better than $12,000

there should be no factors. the person is dead. what difference could it make? they could be black, white , indian, mexican, or any other culture, but the fact remains, they are dead. the nurses job is obviously done.
