Can you take fever reducers? Don't bundle up if you have a fever. This will raise your body temp to high. Take a cool bath to reduce the heat from the fever.

Fever is the body's normal attempt to fight infection. By
removing the covers, you are not helping anything. Stay
covered up and "sweat it out". Of course, take medicine
for the strep throat, but stay covered up. The fever will
break faster.

Actually they don't say to bundle up when you're sick, it's just a reaction your body has when it raises its temperature (as it's a defense mechanism where it tries to kill the bacteria/virus). Usually when you're really cold that means you have a fever because your body is trying to get warmer. If you're hot that usually means your fever broke, so don't worry about bundling up, just get comfortable and try to feel better :)

As long as you are inside, so whatever makes you comfortable. If you are hot like that, you are probable breaking your fever. When your freezing and it is warm, your getting a fever. (Take a luke warm shower, it will releave you for a while).

However, if you are outside of the house and it is cold make sure you stay covered to prevent frostbite.

Hope you feel better soon. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids!

Wear the amount of clothing you feel comfortable in. When the temperature is rising, you will feel chilly and may shiver. Later, you will feel hot as your skin blood vessels dilate. After taking an antipyretic such as Tylenol, you will feel hot and sweat as your temperature goes down. You may have a shower or bath with lukewarm water, if it makes you feel better.

you should cover up. you need to sweat the fever out of you. anyway, if your as sick as you sound, I dont think you should be on the computer, but in bed resting.

you can wear whatever you want to. it doesn't matter. take some tylenol though and get rid of the fever. you'll be much more comfortable. it's not worth the discomfort to wait it out.
