It might help to let you know we don't use condoms and I know that water-based lubricants work the best, so I've heard, but will it be safe to use baby oil?

No, its scented, it can give you a yeast infection at best. If you're unable to go and by proper lube, at least use vasoline or saliva which are much more benign.

Well as far as sexual stimulation,I've heard baby oil works well for anal sex, but as far as sex goes, I really don't know.

dude, use a condom!! do you want to get pregnant or aids or an std or something?? if you're going to have sex, please be smart about it. birth control pills can't protect against stds or aids.
