Would you be happy or sad if Y!A divided religion and spirituality into different sections, for example, Christianity, Buddhism, Islam, Pagan, Atheist? Rather than lumping them all into one?

SUDDENLY,

The Christians invade the Islam section and began warring!

But *gasp*, at the same time the Atheists were invading the Christian section!

It's total war!

While Buddhism and Pagan safely watch from a distance.

What would keep people from going into each other's section? We already are answering questions tagged for people who disagree with our belief system. Ever look in the LGBT section? Over half the questions posted are anti-gay.

Leaving things as they are helps maintain a dialogue. If you get an answer you don't like, mark it thumbs down and it disappears from your view for ever. Ignore questions you don't want to answer. But recognize that there is potential for growth and dialogue in hearing how people who may disagree with you have reasoned to reach their point of view.

Happy because less conflict but it wouldn't be as much fun. Though people would end up crossing sections and starting it all over again.

It cant be done you can go to any category and post any question regardless of what your religion is. You can post the same question in several different category's with the back button.
