Recently my best guy friend told me that he thinks that you make friends that are on the same level as you as far as looks go. He went on to say " So if you are cute, then most likely you will have cute friends." He said "I think I'm cute!" Was he telling me that he thinks I am cute by telling me that he was?

Well, as shallow as he seems I would say it's safe to assume that yes, he thinks your cute...I think you may want to find a guy that has more on his mind than what "Level" people are on and how he judges others by their looks.

Could be a good sign, could be a bad one.
On the one hand, he demonstrates some self-confidence and wit.
On the other hand, he could be arrogant and self-absorbed.
Did he tell you that he thinks you're cute? Only if the "one hand" is correct, and the "other hand" is wrong.
