Prayers is like a 24/7 phone line, there will never be any busy lines, or changes in the phone number.
God always listens to all our prayers, and no matter do we feel His presence when we pray anot, He's there, and knows what we want even before we ask from Him.

my dear friend, heaven dos not have a phone, but i can tell you that if you call on god, ask him to forgive you, ask Jesus to come in to your life, he will hear your voise, and if he sees that you have faith you will be given anythig you can ever ask for. he loves you as his only child you are verry preacious to him, he is waiting on you day and night, he is protecting you, he loves you, just come to him in faith.
