Does she wants to have a BF? Well, you can encourage her to go out with her friends more often, go to parties, join some clubs or gyms. But dont ever make her feel that not having a BF is a failure on her part. Because it is not. Maybe she just haven't met someone that she likes a lot.

Try to introduce guys to her, thats all you can do, You say she MUST have a BF now. I don't think that is a requierment for anybody.
