How can you get past the flirting stage, to start a relationship?

In other words, don't just flirt or be a tease, and don't play mind games. Most men, who are worth having a relationship with like honesty, sincerity and knowing that what you say and how you act is who you are.

the flirting stage is usually followed by one person asking the other out. if hes not asking you. you ask him
and the flirting techniques. i say the eyes. subtle looks. let him catch u looking at him. DONT STARE FOR TOO LONG. YOU'LL LOOK LIKE A STALKER. follow the 3 second rule. look at him for no longer than this then turn back. whilst you look at him, play with a glass or something and give a little knowing smile

Flirting starts with eye contact, 'wink' and I'm anybodies' and continues with banter 'your knickers are showing shall I pull em up for you' might receive a reply like 'get lost pervert' all moving to finding points of interest that you both can talk about when conversation dries up and of course the actual move to ask your chosen one on a date. Flirting should be great fun for both parties
I suppose I like a lady who is not stuck up her own ars? and responds to my kind of hummer, lots of you ladies on this forum have an instant impact on me and I feel I would like to get to know better, that's because I like intelligent woman.

I think the answer to both questions is to be yourself.
If you haven't been open to guys talking to you you might want to change that. Otherwise, smile when they make you feel happy, give them looks when you want their attention. Give them attention when they talk. Wear outfits that show off your best features.
Keeping them is the same way. Don't stop doing those things and don't do it to any other guys. They'll stick around.

I would wait at least 3 dates....if you cant get him to ask you for a date...be the one who asks!!...if you have an Attractive FRIEND, take him with you, and tell him to act like if he likes you...but you will be paying HIM....not your friend... more attention....it woud be ok if it was in a disco like enviroment, he will concentrate in you manners and movements, and usually have a lot of physical contact, because of the noise he will have to get close to you...when you get close to someone that likes you...there are usually sparkles... has work for friends in the past...

Don't be too easy. You got to be a bit of a challenge. (it is a tite rope....if anybody can have you - no body will want you, if nobody can have you everybody will try.--- You then get a choice.
