Its my home phone and I've had some jackass call and keep asking for someone named Bill but I dont know who it is and they keep messing around. Would like to know if I have to call the phone company or what becuz its late and its getting old

You have to call the phone company directly after they call & ask them to look up the last person who called you. Or like the previous person said, you can always get a new phone, as they are pretty cheap these days.
