I know this one.
Except I'm not a Teen yet.
But I was very unactive, fat, overweight, and unhealthy.
Then I became vegatarian and joined sports
went on a 3+ mile bike ride EVERYDAY, or just a walk, and
I made sure I ate the healthy foods and still got some sweets.
1. You don't need to be vegatarian to lose weight, but you should
add more vegatarian foods into your diets. Like fruits, anykinds, veggies anykinds, and morning star foods. also you should shop more at trader joes and watch out for trans fat.

2. Join sports and take up yoga or palaties.
Join a close Gym. They should have something you like.
Find a sport YOU like and play that alot.
DON'T OVER WORK YOURSELF !

3. Search up negative calorie list on google. those are the fruits and veggies you should be getting. Also search Premium Wu-Long tea on ebay. for cheaper prices and full detail.

4. have a sweet everynow and then.
No sweets= no life.

Trust me this will work.
may not take 4 weeks but
it helped me from changing my favorite food from cinnamon rolls to rasberries and ricecrispies(home made.). =]]]
I lost alot of wieght.
just dont go UNDERWIEGHT.

P.S.
Don't go to far with this because your parents will suspect things
TRUST ME ON THIS ONE.
By the way. Good luck.
XD

There are 3 keys to living a healthy life that will help you loose unwanted weight:
1. Eat healthy--eat 3 balanced meals a day and 2 or 3 snacks. For breakfast, have things like cereal with skim milk, low fat yogurt, oatmeal, or egg whites with toast & jelly.
For lunch, have a sandwhich on wheat bread using veggies and lean meats, such as low fat sliced turkey/ham or a tablespoon of peanut butter.
For supper, have veggies, lean meat (like grilled fish, lean beef, chicken), and low fat breads
for snacks, eat a handful of nuts, fruit, granola bars, ect.
drink lots of water!
2. Exercise- try joining a sports team at your school that your interested in. If you're not into sports, try running...it's by far the greatest exercise ever. To get lean arms, push ups every night are a must. Do as many as you can, and keep adding a few more each week. Aim for 30-60 minutes of exercise 3-5 times a week.
3. Get Sleep!- get at least 7 to 8 hours a night so that your not too tired for exercise. Also, lack of sleep can cause you to overeat!

If it's really fat that you are trying to get rid of, aerobic exercise is the only way. There's no such thing as spot-slimming a certain place if it's covered in too much fat. But if you are just not as tight in those places as you'd like to be (meaning that you don't have too much fat there), then you can do exercises to strengthen to muscles underneath those areas. If you're looking for an overall sleak look, try an exercise like pilates which creates a thin, lean look.
