Has anyone else had this problem?
I saw a girl that normally I would avoid like the 'plague'...I can see the drama that could happen...BUT she makes me feel so good to see her smile that I start to have an anxiety attack(Heavy breathing, sweating, shaking) REALLY BAD. It happens every time she comes around. I am doing things that are out of character for me...and to make things worse she's a lot younger(but legal!). I was told that I have an 'obsession' and that its purely chemical and will go away with time. BUT I feel so good that maybe I don't want it to go away! She knows I like her but she's involved...Has anyone got any advice. I was told to start taking Prozac or Xanax. By the way....I can't stop thinking about her..at all. Its been three months

NO DRUGS, no medication needed to deal with a heart throb. If you think she's that great, tell her. Even if she's involved she will be happy to hear it. And, who knows, maybe she's ready to find someone new. One thing you already know...there are other girls out there. You can find them. They will find you. Others before you have survived unrequited love. So will you. It doesn't make it feel any better to know you'll ultimately get over her...but intellectually it might. First, tell her. Keep your fingers crossed. And, ask if she has a friend. Good luck.

lust, the honeymoon stage, the excitement of when a relationship is new, but it doesn't last, only about a year. 2 years at the most. when the feelings u are having right now are no more, u will be disappointed, because u are basing this on just feelings, the relationship has no foundation, except this feeling we all get when we first get with someone.

I think that you should take a deep breath every time you begin to feel that way about her. You might be falling in love with her despite the circumstances of her being involved.
