how do i read the data from afm results?

i got the photos and several image statistics and box statistics but am still confused. what data is relevant?

Does the data correlate to what you expected? You have to know what you're measuring first. Are you measuring etch depth? profile? texture?

AFM (or any) data is useless if you don't know exactly what and where you're measuring.
