i am 14 years old and i weigh 90 pounds. i am about 5'1. my parents think that im beaing crazy when i say that i dont like the way that i look. i understand that not everyone has ecact body that they want. i am very skinny but eaven though its not very noticable i would like to lose some weight around mi hips/back i was wondering if anyone has some workout tips that may be of some use to me... everyone keeps telling me how skinny i am, and i dont think that im Fat its just that i am just unhappy with the way that i look around mi back. please give me some suggestions should i diet? or work out? please help me....

am i fat? im not so shure anymore should i diet like im not dramaticly upset with how i look its just that i yoused to be very underweight and now that i have been gaining weight i am not used to how i look i guess please help me what shoud i do?

Move around a bit.Run,play a sport.Anything active and eat healthy food.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

I was told that the correct BMI for a woman 5'2" is 110 lbs. so since you are already under both of those measurements you are probably just right so why not just try to tighten up what you already have by working out, running, walking and continue to eat all along. It you are only 14 you are still going to grow more so don't worry so much about weight as keeping in good shape the other will happen. Get ample rest, eat and drink juices etc. responsibly, get exercise, don't eat junk foods and don't fret over your body as you still keep growing until you are about 17 or 18 years old as far as height is concerned. Much of it you cannot control as it is genetically coded into your chromosomes. Enjoy life it is the only ride you get so do not abuse your body.

Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad fats, water retention and secret trick used by models to flatten their tummy before an event. If yur 14 & 90 pounds.U go.Just take a viatamin,eat right,& do a lil mild exersize.Don't worry so much about it.U'll b ok.Good luck!

wrap your hips with food wrapper then do the stair-master for 20 minutes. the wrapper will burn the fat in your hips

go to the gym and there will be trainers who will tell you what you need you can build muscles and tone but eat healthy
