if you are not sure and its in ur upper throat, see an ENT specialist ( otolaryngologist/ ear nose throat doc) or if you have a good family physician and insurance first step would be that doctor and let him/her refer you to the appropriate specialist after some preliminary work up. If you are self pay try ENT or a goodgastroenterologist

you need a gastroenterologist. and he'll probly order you to have an endoscopy (camera tube down the throat)
