Holly, I agree with the others who said this is something about which you need to call the vet's emnergency number or since this is Sunday call or go to an emergency vet if there is one in your area. You are right she may get dehydrated and as you probably know that is very bad for cats. Green vomit also indicates something seriously wrong. Of course I don't know why she was at the vet but if this was something the vet saw happening they should have told you and found out what you wanted to do about it before you brought her home. If it was to be expected because of some illness or treatment they should have told you that and what to do for her. So I would first get the cat the help she needs and then fuss out the vet or at least ask why this is happening and why it was not observed there and treated.

Take her back to the vet NOW. When you say this is her first day back from the vet, Do you mean she was at the vets for more then one day? If she was, she might have caught something at the vets while she was there.

This article includes some good guidelines for deciding how serious her vomiting is: http://www.infovets.com/healthycatsinfo/E924.htm

However, you didn't say what she was at the vet for. Was she being treated for something serious like liver failure or cancer? Or was she just being spayed or having a minor procedure?

Vomiting green stuff in a cat recently hospitalized sounds like you definitely need to call your vet and ask him or her for specific advice.
