i see it in a lot of movies. i was just watching saw III and noticed the women doing it so i had to ask.

I'm assuming in movies it is done for effect. I give injections on a daily basis at work and the only time i have actually "squirted the syringe" is when i have too much medication in the syringe itself. Hope that helps. Btw, was Saw III anygood at all?
