Thy life of mine would like to know how to sooth yourself. I am becoming very tense after these years of living on Earth. How do you sooth yourself. What calms and cleanses the mind? I feel older than new. Tense, sore, aching spots have become patches of sunburn irritating the soul. I may sound like a poet and believe it I am, but Earth's living has tired thy soul of mine.

you're under a lot of stress right now. Take a break from things that are stressing you out. Relax, get a massage, read a good book, talk a nice long walk, talk to friends or family. Relieve the stress that makes you feel old and tired.

Every soul aches. Yours is no different from mine. Think of all of the people that you would leave grieving. Think of their faces when you are no longer there. Life is hard and cruel but wonderful and fantastic. The more cruel the downs the more wonderful the joys. Just hold on for a bit longer and see the great things that are meant for the beautiful person that you are.

Do not turn to alcohol whatever you do. Close the eyes and do deep breathing excersizes. Get the book called The feeling good handbook by David Burns. It makes you think logically of why you are stressed and under anxiety or depressed. Talk to a counselor. Psyco-therapy is great.

Try to do some deep breathing exercises..then start the muscel relaxation...start from you feet and work your way up to your head
tens your muscels and then relax..it helps if you have relaxation music. You can also try visual relaxation..have quiet music in background, close your eyes and visualize your self at a place where you were happy,no stress, let yourself go as if you are floating..There are many books on relaxation and relaxation music that is available at your nearest library...for free.

Meditation

May I suggest -- John Kabat Zinn's "Wherever you Go, There You Are" as a good introductory text into zen meditation.

I have found crochet to be quite good too, as well as music both listened to and played.
