Hey, i tried to make a french meal tonight, what do u think?
Pork tenderloin stuffed w/ dried cherries and chopped walnuts on top. I made a cherry sauce w/ a roux base. served with asparagus
for dessert i made pear halves w/ brown sugar and french vanilla ice cream. what do u think?

I don't eat pork because of the retrovirus in it.
Though I just love asparagus.
The desert sound great. It is making me hungry.
Oh man now I have to go have some ice cream.
