Don't think it would penetrate your skin. Studies have shown that hot baths may help. Take the hottest bath you can stand (add sea salt and baking soday) and drink 64oz of 1/4 pure cranberry juice and water (add lemmon for taste). And of course do as much cardio as possible (skinny people get cellulite too, but the less fat you have the less noticiable it is). You should notice significant result in four weeks.

Eat only when hungry and eat/drink only three times a day. Only exception is for diabetics. Water can of course be taken. Chew each morsel 32 times so that ur brain gets signal that u have had enough. Take regular exercises and brisk walks. U will loose/gain gracefully and attain the required weight in reasonable time period.
