Everywhere except the heart. Even though it is technically possible in textbooks, I've never met a doctor who has seen, treated, or known another doctor who has treated, heart cancer.
The heart has a separate set of blood vessels that deliver 25% more oxygen than in the rest of the body.

You can get cancer in every part of your body in one form or another. But please don't
go worrying about something that you have no control over. Worry can do more harm than good and can be deadly. Don't holler till your hurt.

not just u but any humanbeing can get cancer in all parts of the anatomy.
worrying about the same is only gonna make it worse and may infact make u sick.so quit worrying and be cool..
