what goes good w/ puerto rican rum or tequila? no magaritas!!! preferably not to fruity.?

Here are a few that I like, you should try them... and no margaritas included.

Cosmoquila
Ingredients:
2 oz Casa Noble Tequila Crystal or Gold
1 oz Cointreau
Þ oz Fresh Lime Juice
Mixing instructions:
Shake ingredients in mixing glass with ice, then strain into a cocktail
glass.

Diablo
Ingredients:
2 oz Casa Noble Tequila Reposado
Þ oz Crème de Casis
Þ oz Fresh Lime Juice
Ginger Ale
Wedge of Lime
Mixing instructions:
Shake ingredients in mixing glass with ice, then strain into glass. Add
wedge of lime as garnish.

Paloma
Ingredients:
2 oz Casa Noble Tequila Reposado
Fresh Grapefruit Juice
Þ oz Fresh Lime Juice
Splash of Fizz
Mixing instructions:
Pour ingredients over ice.


NOBLE SKY
1 1/2 oz Casa Noble Crystal
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Malibu Rum
Pour ingredients into iced mixing glass, Shake and strain into cocktail glass, chilled.

1 oz Casa Noble Crystal
1 oz Amaretto
1 oz Orange Juice
Grenadine
Pour ingredients except grenadine into iced mixing glass, Shake and strain into cocktail glass, chilled. Pour grenadine slowly to make a layer.

Tequilini Melon Real
Ingredients:
1 oz Tequila Casa Noble Crystal
1 oz Midori
1 Twist of Lime
Mixing instructions:
Shake ingredients in mixing glass with ice, except lime twist, then strain
into a cocktail glass. Add a lemon twist

Tequilini (Original)
Ingredients:
2 Þ oz Casa Noble Tequila Crystal or Gold
Few Drops of Dry Vermouth
Þ oz Fresh Lime Juice
Mixing instructions:
Shake ingredients in mixing glass with ice, then strain into a cocktail
glass.

Green Apple Tequini
Ingredients:
2 oz. Casa Noble Crystal (Silver)
1 oz. Apple SchnappsSplash of Midori
Squeeze of lime juice, fresh
Mixing instructions:
Shake ingredients in mixing glass with ice, then strain into a cocktail glass. Slice of Green Apple for garnish.

tequila sunrises are alright albeit slightly fruity:
1-2 ounces tequila
2 1/2 ounces orange juice
splash of grenadine

as far as rum a mojito is fruity looking but not tasting:
in a pint glass:
muddle (mash together with a muddler or the back of a spoon) a dash of bitters, 2 lime wedges, 4-6 fresh mint leaves
and about a packet of granulated sugar
add ice
pour in 2 ounces of rum
top with club soda

If you are up to something different......blanch some asparagus and dip into chocolate, let dry and then put one chocolate asparagus into one glass of iced rum or vodka. Use the chocolate like a stir stick. Yum.
