Who was he and why was he a "bad boy"? Was it worth it? Why or why not? My own eXperience. His name..Devlin...Tattoos..tongue ring...yeah..He was hot. He was good at oral pleasure, but he never came through on dates or calls. Worth it? Yes. He was such a sweet talker.....Had a way to mesmerize you with his bright hazel eyes and dark hair.......

I would never stay with someone who didn't treat me right. I'd call it a fling, but I was young and naive at the time.

I think that it's because people want excitment and not necessarily immediate happiness. Alot of girls (and guys) in that situation do want someone to treat them right but they don't want that from the get go. They want to have the excitment of being able to go out with the popular guy or the guy who is spontaneous regardless of how he treats her. Then they think that once the guy is with them, he should change to incorporate the "gentleman like" attitude of the nice guy. It's basically a situation like "I got u when no one else could and now that u r in a committed relationship u need to be what i want u to be." Thrill of the chase.

i think it's seeing their character gets you intrigued in such a person. you see them kind of people with a rough edge, and when u begin to see a softer side to them, you begin to get caught up with them, the idea of them. it gets to the point where u cant stop thinking about them. if he didnt come through on dates or calls, then obviously that's gotta tell you something. mayb he's just looking for a fling and not looking for a serious relationship as of yet. i think you've gotta ask yourself, are they really worth it, or are you only saying that because you cant stop thinking about them?

You've already listed why they are so appealing. That and bad boys scream adventure. Just don't get serious or you'll probably get hurt. Bad boys are just a fun fling.
