If a man is interested in younger women ( 10-15 years younger), with the intention of eventually getting married, is he considered a dirty old man ?

Depends. Is she under the age of 18? If so yes I would consider him that and much more. If not, if the lady is okay with it I wouldn't have a problem with it.

A bit of a segue: In China there is a rule of thumb. Divide the man's age in two. Add seven years. The age of the most acceptable woman is the answer.

I don't think so my husband is 10 years older than me. Some people might look at it like that but who cares what they think if the two people involved don't have a problem with it. That's all that really matters.

As long as you are not old enough to be her father and she is 18+ and loves you back.
