I suggest bringing her to the doctor.
It could be a number of things such as eczema, mites, lice, chicken pox, a papercut, infection etc
Good luck

Can she specify where on her body she's feeling it? Maybe in her throat or lungs, she could be getting an upper respiratory infection. If it's in her legs, she could be experiencing Restless Leg Syndrome. If it's in her extremities (hands, feet) it could be a circulatory problem.
You really need to narrow down the location and give a call to your ped for a more definitive resolution.

Ask her where does it itch? When? After eating? Before you leave her?
Take her to her pediatrician. It could be allergies, anxiety, or any number of things. Once I had an allergic reaction and my lungs felt like they were itching. My son had pin-worms once and that causes anal itching.
Definitely see the Doc.

if your child is a normal, healthy 5 year old and does not usually say randomly odd things, then get the kid to the doctor or ER.
why would you go online? call the pediatrician.
