Ok, me and my gf had unprotected sex back in december, and then in January, she missed her period by like a week or so...and when it finally came, she said it was VERY light. Now she is exhausted all the time, twice as hungry, and says she has an occasional morning sickness (or what she thinks to be morning sickness). We went and got one of those little pregnancy testers from a local drugstore but it came out negative...(note: this was like early January when she took it) Could this pregnancy test have been wrong? Could she be pregnant?

take her to planned parenthood or some sort of clinic that offers free preg. testing. Very possible that your first test was done too early.

I have 4 kids and my 5th is on the way so I know alot about pregnancy. She may be pregnant, I am only 3 and a half months and have all those symptoms. Or maybe she's thinking she is (or hoping) that could be her mind (or hopes) tricking her body into believing she is causing her to miss her period and even make her have pregnancy symptoms. If she doesnt have her period this month she should take another test. E.P.T. has always worked the best, I've used other brands like Walmarts Equate and they dont really pick it up very well. Also when women are pregnant the body produces a chemical called HCG that is only present ad detected when a women is pregnant.

There is a possibility she could be pregnant. Did she miss her January period? I would suggest taking another test and see what that one comes back as. If it comes back negative, its probably a no. Some women who thin they're pregnant even when they're not develop pregnancy symptoms from thinking they are pregnant. If the test comes back negative and you still think its wrong, have her go get a blood test at her doctor's office.

Your gf could be pregnant. If your gf and yourself want to rule out pregnancy then she will need to see a doctor and have them take the pregnancy test. Some doctors use blood instead of urine for pregnancy test. Good Luck!

Yes she could. You had unprotected sex, bucko- that's what happens.
It is possible to have very light bleeding in the first month, and more common than people think.
Get another test and I don't think it will surprise you, given her symptoms, if the stick says yes.
