My mom, Dad, Grandma, Grampa, ect. think I am skinny but I think that I need to lose some weight and I am only 112 pounds and my mom thinks that is normal weight for my age. What should I do?

I think you should just love your self the way your are. If you don't have a problem with your self then it not your problem. We'er all different and we'er ment to be that way so be you cuz no one else can be.

OK, at 113 pounds unless u are like four foot six you are NOT going to be fat, and if you are like five foot 3 then you are probably TOO skinny. Trust me, those skinny models who weight 100 pounds are NOT SEXY. If you heard about the Tyra Banks saga were she gained 30 pounds & the media called her fat, well i think she is just dead sexy now! In order to look good you need some fat on you, having little to no body fat just looks gross.

112 lbs is nothing to be ashamed of I wish I could be that thin if I was I would defintaly not want ot loose any weight. you acnt be much more htan skin and bones. If you think you need to go on a diet than start eating healthy and exersize but do it to were your toning up and not loosing it

If it is your normal weight for your age, why should you be worrying? If that's what your mom says and you don't believe her then go to the doctor[with your parent(s)] and let them check your weight and height. I know the age for 12 year old is 105-1?? so for you it should be okay.

If you think your fat do something about it. Run or exercise or a diet. But you probably aren't fat. Just to let you know a lot of people think that and it's usaully not true. You just have low self esteem and you should get into a sport like cheerleadng to get fit and meet new friends. =)

When you are 13 yrs.there's all kinds of things you could think
about your personal appearance.You can exercise and get into sports.This will keep you nice and lean.Ride a bike 'go for walks,ask to walk a neighbors dogs,if you know them well.Cut
sweets out.Eat good balanced meals.You have plenty of time to
get your weight where you are happy with it...Exercise.

dieting can be very dangerous when young.

stop drinking pop (soda), and juice that's full of sugar, eat more fish and chicken and try not to eat junk food. Also don't eat before bed since that just turns into fat. At 13 you can join sport teams which would mean exercising all the time!

That's really NOT FAT, you should try working on your self confidence, because I used to have trouble hearing people tell me i had a nice body until i started to like it myself, I know that sounds cliche but its true you're not going to believe what others tell you until you accept yourself first.

Do you know how many women and girls want to be 112lbs? I would KILL to be your weight! You are just fine...thats perfect! If you are thinking about guys or something...dont guys will think you are a great size! damn your lucky!!!
