Unfortunately, yes. Your lungs aren't designed to take in smoke. If you inhale smoke, and whatever other chemicals are present in the 'cigarette', you're doing yourself harm.
I've smoked tobacco for nearly 25 years.
I certainly wouldn't smoke the fruit flavoured cigars you mention, because I hate to think what goes into them. Tobacco's bad enough, and I have a fair idea of what's in that.

Of course they harm you.
Your lungs were not built to have smoke poured in. They are built with delicate, sensitive tissue dedicated to keeping out particles and keeping in oxygen for the O2-CO2 exchange.
Even tho these fake cigs may not have addictive nicotine, they are still harmful and can cause lasting damage.
Companies came up with them to try and get kids into smoking, knowing that the chance of progressing to nicotine cigs is much higher.

im pretty sure they would. ciggarettes have a lot of disgusting things other than just nicotine in them, thats just what gets you addicted.

well, if one addictive chemical is taken away another is likely to be added. if something was not addictive, then it is not marketable. so, if it is not easy to sell, then a business will not make it.

yes, it is still bad for you.
