Try some toothpaste . It should be white tooth paste and I know it sounds weried but it will dry it out.

I'll tell you my cure all zit solution, but it's not something you'll probably be able to get by Monday. Years ago I tried Proactive (you know the acne medicine you see on T.V) I never really had that much success with it, but they sent a small sample of a mask that you wear (there is sulfur in it...you can't smell it though.) I found that I put just a dab of this on a pimple, and it would be pretty much gone the next day. This stuff is amazing. I don't buy the proactive acne stuff anymore, I just buy the mask (mostly from e-bay) It's called refining mask. It's only a couple dollars (I usually pay 4 to 5 dollars and it lasts me for years.)

I've been told that toothpaste (the cream type) does similar things, but I've never tried it so I can't be sure it works.

don't sqeeze it. the zit takes at least 2 weeks to develop, so it won't go away very quickly.
you can reduce the inflammation by using ice before you apply your make up. use a cleanser and moisturizer that contain salycilic acid. use more frequently for major outbreaks. if you use hairspray, try covering your forehead with your hand as you spray to reduce clogging more pores in the future.

Don't dry it out too much or keep it too oily. Honostly just dab some alcohol on it to dry it out too remove oil then wash with a soapy wash cloth every night and morning works for me.

if you dont have a seriously strong acne cream, use toothpaste. it drys you out. OR you can decide to pop it now, and then take care of the hole by using bacitracin on it. if you dont pop it now though, it wont be healed by then

DO NOT TOUCH IT AGAIN, hands are so dirty and carry so much bacteria. Just use a clean cotton ball and some toner and leave it on it for a while. OMG, hands are so dirty. I just started a medical program, DIRTY. No touchy :)
