i dont really have a fat stomach, it's just that i am a little chuby and i want to lose that...i also want a bigger booty because mine is flat but i dont know how to do it

You can't spot reduce you must lose body fat all over and the only way to do that is to do cardio exercise and limit your caloric intake. I suggest more lean protein, fruits and vegetables and limiting refined sugars and starchy foods (white bread, white rice, potatoes etc.) You will notice weight loss in a few weeks if you make those changes. Doing crunches on a stability ball will tone the muscles in your abs and you will begin to see them as you lose weight.

As far as the bigger booty goes you must do heavy resistance to build and lift your glute muscles. Try the leg press so that you get fatigued after only 10 reps. Lunges,squats and deadlifts also help. Your butt will be rounder in no time!

Eat only when hungry and eat/drink only three times a day. Only exception is for diabetics. Water can of course be taken. Chew each morsel 32 times so that ur brain gets signal that u have had enough. Take regular exercises and brisk walks. U will loose/gain gracefully and attain the required weight in reasonable time period.

That is probably not going to happen. Most big booty girls are naturally fat, or naturally have big bootys. 9/10 men (besides gangstas) prefer slim ladies over big booties any day. You can build muscle by working out which will give you a tight and attractive butt.

Join a local martial arts class that will flatten your stomach and enforce your booty as solid as a rock....good luck.

Do a lot of sit-ups to keep ur tummy flat. Do a lot of squats to tone ur butt muscles. That's what i do lol and i got a pretty big butt for a white girl!

For real! That's what I'm trying to do too although my tummy isn't bad and sex is what made my booty big..that's what my bf tells me! He's always like..I did that! You oughta thank me!

one word... CRUNCHES! If you do them you'll get a flatter stomach in no time!!! For the bigger botty part.... (your flat stomach will make the botty stand out more.....)
