Its either you've got a hole in that tooth as a result of lack of proper maintenance or it was badly filled. I've had my filling, 3 in number, for over 7years now and i haven't been to a dentist to lay a complaint about any of the tooth. You could try some other good dentist if you're not too cool with the one that did the initial filling.

I don't know about pressure points, but try chewing on a clove for the pain. It should get you through until you can see a dentist.

Yes, just for example, your wisdom teeth[in the four back corners] you push the bottom corners below your ears, and your actually putting pressure onto your two wisdom crowns. For any other tooth I suggest pressing onto your gum above/under your tooth ache .

Damn dude, I hope so. I hve one half decayed tooth an the nerve is bare. I've been in excruciating pain for about 65 hours now.

well other than the obvious to goto the dentist, buy crest pro-health toothpaste, thats the best toothpaste out there, or sensidine. they have chemicals to stop aching
