i take it u mean the male goes afta the female goes? its to mark their scent

When Chihuahuas do this it is usually due to either excitement or acting submissive (such as being in the presence of an "alpha" dog.) Below is a link to some more information--perhaps with this information you can determine why your dog is doing it. Best of luck.

That's just what male dogs do. My Chinese Crested male dog urinates where ever my female Greyhound urinates. It's just a dog thing.
