Not what you want to do, but a little exercise will clear your head. It won't take much, a few jumping jacks or a quick run around the house. The problem is that your body set itself for a night's sleep and then you woke up. You need to reset your metabolism and brain by fooling it. Jump around for a minute then you should feel better. It won't change your ability to go to bed in a few hours either.
