I been threw alot of stress in the last 2 months,and have lost about 20 LBS.I just dont eat much when I have problems that I cant get off my mind,and I dont sleep good.I am in a bitter divorce with a short term marrage and she is relentless, I am not a big man but I went from 175lbs to 155lbs fast and my kids are worried about me.Any body else been like this.

Hey man, dont worry about the weight, you just need to worry about the stress. Once you are better off (in time you will be) you will go back to your old eating habits and activity and gain the weight. What is more detrimental to you is the stress you are encountering. So worrying about your weight is something you dont need right now. Get your stuff together with the crazy woman, and finish it, then go out , work out, look good, and pick a good one! You can do it. I lost a job one time and I was like that too. It ruined me bad. But you really have to try to keep busy, and get closure on this whole thing.

Eat only when hungry and eat/drink only three times a day. Only exception is for diabetics. Water can of course be taken. Chew each morsel 32 times so that ur brain gets signal that u have had enough. Take regular exercises and brisk walks. U will loose/gain gracefully and attain the required weight in reasonable time period. Long brisk walks will do good to ur stress.

well i dont think its bad that u lost weight just eat ur meals regularly a day and ull be fine i actually wish i had problems so i can lose weight but dont worry too much

i know what your going through. my dad had the same problem. if you are way over your wife and your kids dont mind try dating. find a nice lady who can cook you meals and be a mother to your kids when they visit you. im 13 and when my parents got divorced i was thrilled when my dad found a really nice lady who treated me like i was her real daughter. just make sure your kids are okay with it. its mostly the stress getting to you so i hope you calm down and take a breather. divorces suck!

make an office snack box of your own so you re not tempted by your colleagues candy bowl fill it with small individually packaged portions of soy chips almonds and dried fruit
