This man was looking at me and said something to me,i looked back and we were just looking at eachother. I looked away and then he looked away. I looked back and he looked at me and then did something and then looked up at me again before walking away. A few times i've seen this look in his eyes.He asked me for something i gave it to him and we were standing pretty close to eachother(within arms length)and while he was standing there he looked down and then looked at me and then looked down again.whats this mean?

It means that he likes you but he is nervous and timid. He is scared of his feelings for you, showing them and whether or not you like him back even if you are making all the right moves. In a case like this you have to make the first move because he is shy.
