I haven't tried them but I have heard the Zantrex pills are great. I have tried the new Cylaris and I like them as well.

None of them work! Try giving up red meat and bread in your diet all diet book meals never mention red meat. A friend of mine took this advice within 3 months she lost a lot of weight even though she was eating the same foods without starving to death. Pills are not the answer as soon as you stop taking them you end up fatter than you are now. Have a chicken, fish or pork burger than a beef burger in no time you'll be down a dress size. If you feel hungry for candy or a sugar fix try those sour worm candy's or a wedge of lemon also lick some salt if you have a craving for pack of potato chips. Coffee is a great hunger suppressant instead of pills. If you drink alcohol no beer have a white wine instead. Good luck!

Therre are NO over the counter diet pills that have any scientific evidence of being effective. If there were, we'd all be thin, right?
You CAN get meds by prescription from a doc: Orlistat (Xenical) and Sibutramine(meridia) being examples. Your body mass index must meet the parameters in order to get the drugs.
Make an appointment with your doctor.
The best way to lose weight is to eat sensibly and exercise every day.
That's the best advice.

Pills don't work and can jeopardize your health. It's not a good trade off. Go walking to burn more calories and check out Herbalife diet products. They've got all your nutrients and vitamins but very easy to follow. Look online to find a distributor in your area.

If you are not too overweight I wouldn't recommend diet pills. However I was 100 pounds over weight I am 5'6" and in October I weighed 256 pounds. As of today I weigh 204 pounds thanks to DIET and EXCERSISE and a Magic Pill Called Phentermine...Kills your apetite gives you a huge amount of energy and makes you super thirsty so you will constantly be drinking water...

Keep away from them.

Eat only when hungry and eat/drink only three times a day. Only exception is for diabetics. Water can of course be taken. Chew each morsel 32 times so that ur brain gets signal that u have had enough. Take regular exercises and brisk walks. U will loose/gain gracefully and attain the required weight in reasonable time period.

Diet pills do not work, in fact they will mess with your metabolism and make you fat. Just eat right and excercise.
