Maybe it isn't so free. Ask yourself what this "free" gift requires. In order to receive the reward, are there any requirements or obligations that needs to be met?

If there is at least one requirement or obligation, it is no free gift. It is an offer, that someone has falsely advertised as a free gift.

If someone were to offer me the free gift of a bra, I would not accept it because I have no use for it.

A free gift does not have (well should not have) anything attached to it. It just "is".

Ever hear of those "free" vacations to Florida. Know what the catch is? You have to sit through hours of pressure sales tactics to get you to buy a time share most, if not all, of the time.

I'm all for free gifts!!

it's when it's crazy expensive stuff that I get kinda weird about...but gifts are totally cool!

I always send a thank you card back and sometimes a gift too!

They may not realize it's being offered, they may not believe it's being offered, they may see no need for the gift, or they may not believe the gift is free (as everyone knows, _nothing_ is free).

If you're talking about faith, perhaps it's because it's not given to all people in the first place. Neither do we have to accept our eyes being opened, we just receive our sight. Who says God needs a receipt? Who says he's selling anything?

Becoz they are so selfish they are not willing to give u any gift back...so accepting one would put them in trouble so they need to reject any commitment of kindness...
