Lots and lots and lots of water, to help flush the alcohol through your system. The best thing is if you can do this before going to bed - but if you don't get round to that it will still help the morning. after!
Also a substantial breakfast with the emphasis on protein - eggs and mushrooms on toast are great - the eggs fried in olive oil, then you are doing your cholesterol levels a favour. Grilled bacon if you fancy it. Tea rather than coffee, it's gentler on the system
And some fresh air and moderate exercise after breakfast, even if it's just a walk down the road and back to have a nosy at the neighbours' gardens.
Followed by yet more water...
Hope this helps!

It will definitely suck at first, but the best way to get rid of a hangover is to run or do something that's gonna work up a sweat for 45 minutes, pound water or gatorade and the hangover's gone

Its old school, but Alka Seltzer is the bomb. plop plop fizz fizz, oh what a relief it is....two of those in water, chug that after its done fizzing and you will feel like going out to eat.
Now, eat something hot and spicy-that'll set your stomach right. If you like Thai, tri Drunken Noodles-effing HOT! You could have a mexican; something like a chorizo and egg burrito would be good. Its all about getting what's in you, out. So alka seltzer for the headache and the hot food for cleaning out your guts.
Have fun!

I take those hangover chasers and I was told that they contain B 12. I usually don't get hangovers. I've never tried this but I heard that drinking alka seltzer as soon as you got up helped.

Everyone will laugh at this...but...there is a pill called Liverite..sold over the counter in most drug stores..If you take 1 or 2 with your first beer on a nite of drinking, you will probably make it the next day..Lots of Vitamin B12..Wash down 2 with a brew..And you won't be a foo...l
Otherwise...don't stop drinking....

Anything fried, if you can handle it. Lots of water or juice, whichever goes down easier. I tend to have trouble with just plain water so I usually go for orange or cranberry juice. Carbonated beverages always make me want to throw up... Whatever you can drink, basically.. Even if it means hair of the dog, if you are that far gone.

Before you go to bed, drink a big glass of cold water or something with electrolytes. If you're wicked pi&&ed, then go to the restroom before going to sleep. In the morning, brew chamomile or jasmine tea, take a multi-vitamin, and eat some fruit (i hear strawberries work wonders). Avoid coffee and only take a pain killer if absolutely necessary. Avoid acetometaphine (sp) and if you can sleep, DO SO.

I am a firm believer in the hair of the dog method. Killl a six pack of really cold beer in under 15 minutes , you will feel a whole lot better.
